1. Acceptance of Terms

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a game-specific rule set, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the aak44 Platform — including but not limited to the aak44 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces supplied by third-party studios, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of aak44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the aak44 Platform without prior written consent from aak44.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to aak44 regarding the Platform may be used by aak44 freely and without obligation or compensation to you.

9. Privacy & Data Protection
